I chose what I wanted quite quickly. Kelwin made the first appointment they had available for me. When my plans changed and I wanted the carpet installed sooner they put me on a cancellation call list and I was lucky to get in a week sooner than originally booked. The carpet was installed beautifully. All old carpet and underlay was taken away and the house was left neat and clean.
